The apartment is in the middle of Nuremberg’s old town next to the ancient city walls. All major attractions are within walking distance. The Main Market (Christkindlesmarkt) and Castle just 5 minutes. Tram and bus stop (3 lines) reachable in 1 minute. Tram line directly to the Documentation Centre. Well connected with the motorway network. Fairgrounds in 20 minutes either by car or by public transport.
The apartment is on the third Floor of our apartment building (without lift). It has 3 rooms, 1 large bedroom with a double bed (1,80×2,00 m), a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with sofa bed couch (1,40×2,00 m) for 2 persons, TV and a dining table , The balcony at the living room (south side) with approximately 1.5 x 3m provides a magnificent view of Nuremberg. An awning protects against too much sun in summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (with freezer), stove with oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes.
The bathroom has a tub with shower.
The rental price includes towels, sheets and Internet access.
All rates apply for max. 2 persons. For each additional person a surcharge of 15.00 € per night will be charged.
Dinner only bad parking is available. A public car park is 500m away (night tariff 21-9 pm € 3, -). If available, a parking space can be rented at the house now.
