The apartment is located in a residential area directly at the forest, 10 minutes walk to the center of our small spa town.
There are many leisure facilities, infomaterial is available in the apartment.
The apartment was finished by us in the middle of 2015 (new building) and is completely habitable with separate entrance. All furniture and appliances are new. The overall picture is bright and modern.
A parking space for a car is available and included in the price.
There is also a sauna with direct access to the apartment, as well as a small fitness room (by arrangement, as this is in the private area) is also available.
Our apartment is also suitable for toddlers, a children’s travel bed, as well as a high chair are available.
The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waffle iron, sandwhisper, and much more.
In the living room there is a cozy couch, an armchair, as well as a flat screen TV, Playstation3, and Blueray DVD player, a dining table with 2 chairs and a bench.
The bathroom is a bright shower room. 2 bathrobes and enough towels are provided.
The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large sofa bed (140×200 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk.
From the bedroom you can directly to the sauna. (Per sauna use 10,00 € fee).
If you want to have laundry washed and dried, we can do that for a service fee of 5 euros / machine.
Well-behaved dogs are also welcome. The garden plot is fenced and allows the free running of the dogs.
All rooms have a large window, so the apartment is bright.
In January 2017 our apartment was certified by the DTV with 5 stars.
