Our cozy and well maintained 2 bedroom apartment is on Sinnberg in a quiet location and is 20-25 minutes walk from downtown and the healing springs. The apartment is 50 square meters, located on the ground floor of a detached house with a total of two apartments and consists of a living room (comfortable sofa with sleep function for third person), a bedroom (bed 180×200), a new fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, coffee filter, Stove with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, dishes, dish towels, dish soap), and a bathroom (with bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo and soap), flat screen TV, wireless internet, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, fitted wardrobes, Towels, bath towels and bed linen are provided. (Use of washing machine from 8 days of stay). The apartment includes a small outdoor patio to open from April to October, reached by a garden stairs.

A bus stop is located 60 meters away.
Tourist tax 3,50 EUR per person. Tax is payable on site
Bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office and savings bank in 7 min walking distance (on Massa Place). A supermarket and two discounters are in 13 min walk in the meadow Spitz.
There is no smoking, however there is a possibility outside the front door to smoke.
Pets are not allowed.

Activities: The recreational opportunities in Bad Kissingen are very versatile. Hiking in the UNESCO World Heritage Biosphere Reserve Rhön (Wasserkuppe and the Kreuzberg with famous monastery brewery), bike rides, walks and rides in beautiful and unspoilt nature, play golf on the first German golf course, climbing, horse riding, canoeing, tennis, casino, skiing, wine tasting. Here’s something for every taste.
