In the living room you will find tasteful upholstered furniture, which invite you to relax. The modern equipment is completed by a large flatscreen TV, a DVD player and a mini stereo system. In the modern kitchen with a cozy dining area, you can have your meals on request. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180×200) and the second bedroom has a sofa bed (230×151) and satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the south-facing terrace you will find stylish teak garden furniture, an electric grill invites you to barbecue evenings. In addition to a selection of books, a collection of CDs and DVDs (including children’s films) is also available.

It is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is possible on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has its own parking space at the house and free Wi-Fi connection.

The object has its own, lockable storage room for each apartment. Here bikes & Co. can be safely accommodated.
With the bicycles provided free of charge (two 28 “women’s bicycles, two men’s bicycles 26” +28 “and a 20” children’s bike) you can explore your holiday region. A wagon is also available here for free use.
booking
The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Utilities. Sheets and towels are not included. Lingerie sets can be booked for € 18.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.

Tourist tax – the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. – 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 – 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
