50m from the outer dike / bathing area Dreisprung away with a view of the trend kayak Koog, is the lovely and cozy thatched cottage “Dreisprung”. A sauna with shower area (about 17 sqm) is located in the house and can be used for a small fee.
The extremely quiet area invites you to relax and unwind, to take long walks and bike rides around the island. From the conservatory and on the sheltered terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the dike and across meadows and fields.
Also in the autumn and winter months or when the weather is not so, the house offers comfortably furnished by the heated conservatory (at the same dining area), the fire or the use of the sauna area special recreation and relaxation.
It is a Non smoking home. The pets are not allowed. Wifi is available.
The stylish interior of the house was in accordance with a “feel good” selected and adapted with the last renovation an upscale ambience. It is heated by gas central heating.
Available is a bathroom with sink, shower / tub and toilet, washer and dryer and a guest toilet.
The chic fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave / baking oven and kl. Freezer and dishwasher, the living room (wooden floor) with fireplace, sitting area, flat screen TV / satellite, radio, CD player, and video.

Parking space, terrace (with garden furniture and lawn can be used.
Barbecues and open fires are not allowed on the terrace because of the thatched roof (use for grilling the meadow opposite the house entrance). Bicycle is located below the house.

North beach (46.6 km², in 2257 inhabitants) is one of the North Frisian islands. It is located in the National Park ‘Wadden Sea’ (since 2009 World Heritage Wadden Sea) and is connected by a causeway to the mainland. One needs neither ship nor car train to reach them. Arrival is by car or by train in the city of Husum, which is just outside the north beach. From the station, taxis and 8-10 times daily. Buses on the island (24 km). A taxi service is on the island.

North beach is a green island, surrounded by green outer dikes. The diked land is mainly used for sheep farming and coastal protection. There is the famous ‘salt marsh lamb’, which are considered a delicacy. All over the dikes will find sheep and lambs. Especially in the spring time from March you can watch newborn lambs in their first steps on the dikes. Nature lovers will find on the island and in the Wadden Sea many ways to explore the flora and fauna. Regular tours by trained staff are among the offerings of the Nature Conservation Centre. One can see at different times of the island and the Wadden. All senses are stimulated when you stand at the Watt and nature listens. Biosphere Reserve, Watt and decoy – a one-shot deal that is worth exploring.
Bicycle and rural roads around the island, always on long ways across the island outside the dikes – suited also for inline-scating – invite you to beautiful tours a (bike rental available on the island). A stopover in one of the cafes ‘Pharisee-yard’ or ‘angel-mill’ is always worthwhile. Several beaches and partly sand sections (sheep-free zones) seduce you to stay, Baden and to physical recovery. Beach chair rentals and special dog beach is at the bathing sites on ‘Holmer Siel’ and ‘Fuhlehörn’ available. Toilets are distributed on the outer dike.
On the island there are a few bakeries (pre- / main u. Season open 7 days) and two grocery stores (off-premises delivery possible), which are open during the high season also on Sundays. In ‘south’ are also various other shops or visit the ‘farm shop Baumbach’ (Salzwiesenlamm- and Galloway products, lambskin products etc.) to browse. The ‘Biikebrennen’ inline-marathon (May), salt marsh lamb days (May to July),, hiking days (June), Ringreiter- and Schützenfest (July), Nordstrander Music Festival (July / August). And Rungholttage (Aug.). A visit to a performance of Nordstrander shanty choir ‘De Fideelen Nordstrander’ is certainly worthwhile.
The Theodor-Storm- (shopping) city of Husum with its harbor offers an extensive range of shops around the famous market with the ‘Tine’ Fountain also many small or large restaurants with sumptuous food offerings of fish to …. that ‘Husum Castle’ with the largest crocus splendor in the castle garden as well as cinemas, fitness center, district hospital and much more. Crocus Blossom Festival (March), running between the seas (Husum-Damp June), Matjes days (June), Husum Harbour Days (Aug.), Crab Day (October), Hus. Fish market (every 3rd. Sunday in the month of February.-Sept.) Or Hus. Christmas market to ensure that you can feel at ease here.
