Comfortable 4-star Swedish-style holiday home with sauna and wood-burning stove
on the North Sea coast, fully equipped for 4 adults and 1 baby.
Our house has a living space of 63 sqm and sleeping arrangements for 4 adults and a toddler under 3 years.
The house is fully equipped from the dishwasher to the washing machine, so that only bed linen, towels and personal items need to be brought. The house can be heated both electrically and with a stove. With consideration for allergy sufferers we can not accept pets. The sauna sleeps 4 adults and is electrically heated.
Living room
The combined living and dining room offers seating for 4 people, both at the dining table and on the comfortable sofa. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one is equipped with a double bed (200 x 180 cm) and a children’s bed (140 x 70 cm), the other with 2 single beds (200 x 90 cm).
kitchen
The kitchen meets almost every wish of a housewife, from the 4 plate stove with oven, a microwave to the blender and toaster everything is available, even a reasonable sized pan and decent pans. Of course, crockery and cutlery are available in sufficient numbers.
bath
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower cubicle and washbasin, as well as a 4 m² sauna.
Outside
From the living room you can access the large wooden terrace where you will find garden chairs, a table and a beach chair. Your car parked on a paved parking lot a few steps from the house and for the “little ones” are swing and seesaw and plenty of lawn available.

The village of Barsfleth is located directly on the national park “Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea” and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Dithmarschen there is so much to discover that here the place would not be enough. In your holiday home you will find enough information to explore the surroundings.
activities
All sports are feasible, except, of course, winter sports. Especially good of course everything that has to do with water and sea.

Since you can also heat the house electrically, we calculate the electricity consumed by meter and charge you 30 Ct / kWh. Wi-Fi access: 1.00 € / day. Payable on departure day in cash.
As with all holiday homes here in the north, you do the final cleaning yourself, but you can also give us this for 50.00 €. For a stay of less than 7 nights, we will do the final cleaning for you and charge you a flat rate of 50,00 €.
You can arrive on foot, by bike, train or by boat, we pick you up from the train station or port, in any case, you will receive a detailed directions with us sending the bill.
