Our apartment is located in the former barn of a restored farmhouse from the year 1876th
It is located amidst the nature park Saar-Hunsrück and on the edge of National Park Hunsrück-Hochwald, which was opened at Pentecost 2015th
The apartment was completed in September 2012 and offers approximately 72 m² living space for 1-4 people.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment with the division into entrance hall, living-dining room with underfloor heating, mezzanine with double bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with bunk beds.
It is, on the patio with a grill, bicycle shed and garden furniture accessible via a separate entrance.

The place is located in the northern Nohfelden Saarland, on the border of Rhineland-Palatinate, in the triangle Saarbrücken Kaiserslautern-Trier and is almost directly accessible from the motorway junctions Birkenfeld or Türkismühle the A62.
The apartment is a former barn is only about 7 km from the famous Bostalsee, and easily accessible by bike. Almost directly from the apartment are many trails to walk on. The most famous hiking trail ‘Bear Trail’ starts in the center (5 minutes walk).
The area around the Bostalsee is also known for its Center Parc with swimming paradise Aqua Mundo.
In the village itself Nohfelden the Veldenz Castle is visible to climb with the possibility of the 21 m high keep.
