Property Description
Our apartment on the ground floor is about 100 square meters and just recently renovated. It is located in a holiday home with 2 units for a total of 14 people. The apartment on the ground floor is regular for 4 people, maximum with extra bed and extendable large sofa bed designed for 6-8 people.
Our ground floor apartment on Kosmosweg is divided into a bathroom with bathtub, two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a cozy living room with satellite TV and garden view. Then there is a kitchen with all the necessary everyday equipment and dishes, as well as a cozy dining room. The beds are freshly coated on arrival, the apartment is completely cleaned and on request we can rent you for a small surcharge (5 € / package) a towel package.
The house is surrounded by a large area with a beautiful garden, outbuildings, including a party house and parking spaces in front of the garages. The garden invites you to barbecue and enjoy.
Opposite the house begins the forest and the connected cosmos cycle and hiking trail. Ideal for sports activities or a long walk. Children can let off steam here and climb through the forest.
Nearby you will find the various volcanic craters filled with water called Maare. The water invites in the summer to great bathing fun and it is a rejuvenating cure for your skin. Velvety she is after a bath in Maar.
Within three minutes you can reach our village source. The water is a healing water, free and ferrous.
The region also has a lot to offer in culinary terms: You can find everything here, from the typical garage economy to a starred restaurant.
You can go shopping in Pützborn (Rewe, Bäcker) and Daun. In Daun you will find all the shops you need. Strolling works here anyway.
