House Andrea is nearby Tennladen-lift, from which one can join all the other Niederau lifts including the cable-car with runs back to Haus Andrea. Snow-making machines guarantee good skiing conditions. The new ski area Ski Jewel Alpbachtal Wildschönau offers 47 lifts at heights between 650 and 2025 metres above sea level and 145 km of well groomed ski slopes. A new skiing experience on one lift pass. Top 10 in the Tyrol. Free ski bus interlinks villages.
Cross-country track runs directly behind our house, also the winter walking path. The paragliding school operates in the immediate vicinity which is fun to watch.
For eating out, there are several good restaurants and hotels nearby. The flat is cosy and very well equipped: 1 spacious bedroom, 1 sitting room, SAT-TV, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee-machine, micro-wave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, 1 bathroom/WC. Bed-linen, towels etc. are fully provided. We are looking forward to your visit!
