Property Description
Our house is located in a quiet but central location in Neustift / Kampl. We offer our guests a holiday to the extent of about 45 sqm, located on the ground floor with a separate entrance.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with a pull out double bed, a kitchen area, a cozy corner seat, a bathroom and a hallway with cloakroom.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have equipped the apartment additionally equipped with satellite TV, dishwasher incl. Tabs, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, refrigerator, microwave, bed linen and towels and bath towels provided. On request, bread rolls can be delivered. W-Lan use free of charge.
Unserern There is a small terrace and a garden with sun loungers at leisure.

Available adjacent (300 m from the house) there is a landscaped lake with a beautiful playground, Beachvolleball- and football pitch. Approximately 2 km down the valley in Fulpmes is the -1. Adventure Park ‘Tyrol. Also, in 5 minutes is the new experience swimming Band ‘Stubay’ reach.
The center of Neustift with shops and pubs is about 3 km from our house.
Neustift is the direct starting point for skiing, hiking and Paragleitgebiet ‘penalty’. The penalty can be as ‘Rodelberg’ wishes. 8 km toboggan run from the penalty directly in the center of Neustift is lit three times a week at night.
The another 8 km toboggan run by the Pinnistal by Neder leads past mountain huts – a worthwhile stop.
Furthermore located in the municipality of Neustift the Ganzjahresschigebiet ‘Stubai Glacier’.
The skiing and hiking area ‘Schlick 2000’ is about 2.5 km down the valley to find in Fulpmes.
Nearby you will find a bakery and a Spar supermarket.
300 meters away there is a bus stop Innsbruck – Stubai Valley and free ski bus to Schlick 2000 and Stubai Glacier.
