The holidays can begin …: Do you feel u like at home and enjoy the best days of the year in our relaxing mountain. Ski world. Our house is located in Neustift im Stubaital in the district of Obergasse off the main road and yet only about 1.5 km from the center of Neustift in a quiet green location.
The 105m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is very well equipped.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms (one with SAT / TV and pull-out couch) fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, stove with oven, toaster, kettle, 2 bathrooms and a living room with satellite TV, comfortable seating area and sofa bed.
On the cozy balcony you can enjoy a great view of the Stubai Valley;
Bed linen and towels are provided; also on request a bread service (daily except Sunday) in the morning possible;

Summer: Ideal base for walkers and climbers. Only 1 km from the mountain paragliding Penalty.
For fun after skiing we recommend the two 8-km toboggan runs.
