The comfortably furnished house features 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large living and dining area to enough space with your family / friends to spend a relaxing time. The spacious 100m² were renovated in 2015 and refurbished. There are 5 (+1 sofa bed) sleeps, and if necessary another baby travel cot available.
Outside, the large terrace with seating and barbecue invites you to linger. Bicycles can be parked visible and protected from the rain, a car park is provided for permanent use.
The house is located in the rural hamlet Niedernstöcken the town of Neustadt am Rübenberge and is fitting to the Leine-Heide Cycle Path ideal starting point for a variety of excursions in the surrounding area. For example, the Steinhude by car in 30 minutes, or by bicycle in 90min distance. The Lüneburg Heath is only about 45 minutes away by car.
Bakers, supermarkets and a pharmacy can be found in the 5km away Mandelsloh and achieve even hourly next to the car by bus.
The house is also wonderful for visitors of the exhibition center in Hannover. At Hanover Fair, for example, need the car, or by train from Schwarmstedt, only about 45min.
