The house still has its original, beautiful tile floors and wooden beams, but was completely renovated and modernised in every other aspect. The truly unique location is a great choice if you’re looking for a romantic and tranquil place to unwind. Another plus is that the very friendly home owner, who also operates a winery. The house is less than 300 metres from the Moselle – from here, you can undertake wonderful hiking and cycling tours (on the Moselle bike path that runs along the entire length of the Moselle). Furthermore, a visit to Trier, Germany’s oldest city with its well-known Porta Nigra and other remains from the Roman era, must not be missed. Naturally, a river cruise on the Moselle is also a popular activity.
