The well-kept village Kahnsdorf is located south of Leipzig in the Lake District on Lake Hainer See. Kahnsdorf is an idyllic and well maintained place with a very cozy ice cream parlor and a restaurant as well as smaller shops. The A 38 is 12 km away, the city of Leipzig is 19 km away via a highway. In Leipzig there is everything for young and old. The county town of Borna is 7 km away and easily accessible. The Neuseenland south of Leipzig is a large contiguous sea area with many recreational opportunities. Lake Hainer in Kahnsdorf is one of the largest lakes in this holiday area. The Hainer lake consists of the pure sea and the mood Kahnsdorf. On the picturesque lagoon is our holiday home Seahorses.
The infrastructure development is completely new, there is a new promenade to stroll.

The newly built holiday home is located in the lagoon Kahnsdorf on Lake Hainer right on the water. There are two private car parking spaces on the property. The special and really rare at the House is that it stands on stilts in the lake. The input is the land side, under the house is a boat garage. The boat garage can be used by travelers like. A light rowing boat for 4 people is connected to the tourists on the dock or in the garage, this boat can use the tourists happy, it is included in the rent. Our guests can also bring their own boat, a slipway and a boat crane is not far away.
On the ground floor next to the boat garage is a small guest toilet, the utility room and a storage under the stairs. Upstairs is the bright and cheerful living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway and the bathroom. Here is an additional balcony directly over the water with a great panoramic view.
In the second Upstairs is the bedroom with a single bed and another bed which is screwed as a loft bed on the wall. The bedroom has a large, white double bed 180 x 205 cm and a white wardrobe. Another toilet in the attic is also available. From the bedroom to get to the big lake terrace, from which one has an excellent view over the lagoon and the sea Hainer. Here is a beach umbrella and 4 sun loungers for our vacationers available. The lakeside terrace is optimally oriented to the south.
The cozy cottage has about 105 m² of usable space, of which approx. 85 m² living space in the floors and plus 20 m² of the boat garage. The lagoon is well protected all around by an old and high trees.
Approximately The Schillerhaus is a 5 minute walk, in this interesting building there is a cafeteria and
a restaurant.
For fishing enthusiasts: The Hainer lake was flooded in 2009, a natural fish stock has formed. In 2013, an additional fish stock was brought in by the owner, who has now developed well. The Hainer lake is a private lake, it is not run by a fishing association. For questions about fishing just ask the owner of the lake, the blue water Seemanagement, fishing is allowed.

Pets are seahorses out of consideration for travelers with allergies not allowed in the house, this is like the house next door anglers (identical) available.
The lakeside terrace adjacent to the hotel Seahorse invites for sunbathing. The spacious lakeside terrace has a swim ladder in the lake. The lake terrace has an excellent orientation for sunbathing. A bicycle rental is located in the immediate vicinity.
