The cozy couch also offers sleeping space for 2 more people / children. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and is ready for home-made culinary delights. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower. In winter, the entire apartment is heated with storage heaters. On cold days, it can be heated via the integrated wood-burning stove.
In the park there is a common room with washing machine and tumble dryer (Münzeinwurf) available.
