Architecturally built house in a large park with pond, terraces, sauna, pool.
The house has an open floor plan with 131 square meters of living space on five different levels, which are connected by a spiral staircase. The floors are made of natural stone and solid wood and floor-heated. From the parking lot you go through paved paths through the park. Over a bridge and a small covered terrace you enter the house. Wind and weather protected you can sit here in the fresh air not only in summer.
On the ground floor is the kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, hob (4-ring), extractor fan, microwave, Jura coffee maker, toaster, juicer, cups, plates, glasses, pots etc. The large red counter can accommodate up to eight people to take. A dining table with four designer chairs faces the sliding door to the terrace. He can be taken off and extended with additional chairs for six people.
The room also has a stereo with big Bose speakers.
One level above the ground floor is the TV room with a futon (foldout 140x200cm bed for 5th and 6th guest).
One level below is the fireplace room with a seating group of Wassily armchairs.
In the bedroom one level down the twin bed is screened with a mobile decorative screen.
On the same level there is a dressing room with washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer.
The marble bathroom is equipped with bidet and a big bath tub for two persons with whirlpool function*.
On the lowest level is an additional bedroom with two single beds.
The garden has numerous secluded spots, a barbecue area and a bakery. It is accessible to a large extent on paved paths and is located in a beautiful landscape on a ridge overlooking the surrounding forests, fields and villages.
Due to the surrounding flat Lower Rhine landscape, there are very large skies with fantastic cloud images and sunsets. Sometimes you feel like you can fly a little bit!
The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is located in a 170 square meter, tropical planted hall. It is not heated, i. it is available (depending on the weather) from May to October by arrangement. It is equipped with an automatic chemical measuring and dosing station. The filter is rinsed every week.
Likewise, a small sauna ** with shower is available by arrangement.
The huge park, pool and sauna will be shared with the guests of two other holiday houses.
The BLAUHAUS is located on a spur of the Süchtelner Höhen at 86 m altitude in the nature park Schwalm Nette with its numerous lakes, nature reserves, beautiful walking and riding trails and running, walking and biker routes (information material and maps are missing). In 3 minutes, an 18-hole golf course can be reached. In the immediate vicinity there are several riding stables with qualified nursing and training staff. Distance to nearest cities: Dusseldorf 30 min, Krefeld 20 min, Mönchengladbach 15 min, Ruhrgebiet (Duisburg) 30 min, Venlo NL 10 min.
Due to the very open architecture and the many stairs in the BLAUHAUS and the large pond with the narrow jetty, the holiday home is only suitable for very small children.
* Disinfecting the spa is very important to us. We therefore ask our guests to inform us on departure, whether it has been used.
** The sauna takes about 60 minutes to preheat and is specially made for our guests. Therefore, a prior agreement is necessary. Sauna use is included in the price.

Organic vegetable garden: ripe vegetables, salads and fruit can be harvested free of charge.
Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible by arrangement depending on occupancy.
