According to an environmental study from 2017, Net- landland has the cleanest air in North Rhine-Westphalia., Siegerland is one of the most wooded areas in Germany and Siegen itself, is the greenest city in Germany.
In the middle of the nature is our guest house, which offers space for 15 people.
On a living space of over 300 square meters there are eight guest rooms (seven double rooms, one single room). The rooms are cozy and brightly decorated and have a TV.
The spacious attic floor is completely built and is often used as a “play / reading room”. There is a large selection of social games / books available.
A separate study room is equipped with an Internet PC. This makes it possible to plan tours and excursions well.
The bathrooms on the upper floor are modernly furnished and are equipped with double washbasin and towel warmer / underfloor heating. There are sufficient sockets and storage facilities available. Each bathroom has a generous, sealed seal and a make-up mirror.
In the spacious living room, you can spend the evenings with “Klönen” or TV (flatscreen). A DVD player is also available.
The large, modern, comfortable kitchen invites you to cook together and leaves practically nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, large stove, large oven, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, blender, kitchen machine, electr. Knives, kitchen scales, and enough large pots, sieves, bowls …..
Directly adjoining is the bright dining room with a large table that seats 15 people. From here you have a nice view into the garden.
On the middle floor is a third bathroom with shower and WC.

On the lower floor are our housekeeping and drying rooms. This floor provides ample space to store clothing and equipment. Adjacent is the drying room for wet shoes, clothing, jackets, backpacks, etc.
For a usage fee the guest can use the washing machines or the tumble dryer.
Our generous “park-like” outdoor area (3500sqm) has several different terraces. The “Hausterrasse” has two large tables and invites you to eat together. For the protection of the sun a marquee is used.
On our “evening sun terrace” you can relax on cozy real wood furniture the day in the evening sun. Near the fire-pit you can warm up and relax after sunset.
The “Grillterrasse” has a large swing grill, is located in the afternoon sun, has ample space and is a great ambience for extended barbecue nights.
For guests looking for the shade, find in our garden or on another terrace, which is in the shade.
Garden to the needs of bicycling guests. Our garden is crossed by a natural creek, over which two wooden bridges lead.
Our guesthouse has an illuminated, well-equipped bike workshop with an adjacent washing area for bicycles. Guests can park their bicycles free of charge in the hotel’s bicycles.
Near the house entrance is a small Bistrositzecke, which appeals to stay.
The guest parking is directly at the house.
Our house is a NO SMOKING HOUSE
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you can book a “feel-good package” for a one-time fee of 12.50 Euro per person. Included in the room is: bed linen, bedside rug. In the bathroom: towels, bath mats, hair dryer, bathrobe, slippers, shower gel, soap, hygiene cleaner, facial tissues, trash bags. In the kitchen: Spüli, Tabs, detergent, dishcloth, oven paper, foil, garbage bag vinegar, oil spices, salt, pepper.
Your dog is welcome. We charge an additional cleaning fee.
