The furniture was collected over many journeys with a delight for the antique, traditional or individual feel.
A new shower bath including heated floor, washing machine and a separate WC provide modern comfort where needed.
In front of the house is a 2000qm meadow.

Our building originally served as a farm house to the castle. Part of the servants rooms and a stall where refurbished for this loft.
The immediate neighborhood is the estate park.
An ages-old tree population, wide meadows, forests and alleys encircle the castle facilities.
Matching to this manorial ambiance, a stork couple resides in the summer month on your roof. You can rent a horse carriage in front of the house or indulge yourself in one of the three fine adjacent restaurants.
Mellenthin is the center of Usedom.
Both water-fronts, bay or sea-side are a 5km /15km drive away. The glamorous imperial spas you can reach in only 15 minutes. In Mellenthin, however, you will find tranquility.

The sleeping room has a 2x2m bed, and the living room offers a sleeping couch of 1,4x2m. Both rooms have tiled stoves in addition to the central heating.
