Eimelrod belongs to the municipality of Willingen and is the ideal holiday destination in an idyllic setting, surrounded by romantic mountains and valleys. You’ll spend your well-deserved holiday here on this extensive farm. This property has a special atmosphere owing to the building’s thick walls (the former village school). Your apartment has its own entrance and features bright and friendly furnishings. You’re also free to use the large and sunny garden as well as the terrace with barbecue facilities. For our little guests, there is a big adventure playground in town. The well-developed network of biking and hiking trails provides ideal conditions for hiking and mountain biking tours. The Uplandsteig and the Diemelsteig are directly connected with these trails. While the eclectic gastronomy fulfills almost all wishes, a wide variety of music, sports and cultural events invite you to take part. The winter sports region leaves nothing to be desired during the cold season – whether it’s skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, toboggan or walks in the snow. Popular destinations: Usseln with an open-air pool (5 min.), Willingen (10 min.), Dieselsee (10 min.), Korbach (15 min.), Twistesee (30 min.), Edersee (50 min.). We particularly recommend trips to Winterberg, to the mountain Kahler Asten (35 min.) and to the theme park Fort Fun (50 min.). You can look forward to a pleasant and relaxing holiday in a rural and homely atmosphere.
