Completely renovated and brand new furnished holiday home with large, private terrace in the pretty resort of Ediger-Eller with Calmont and Moselle views for four to eight people. Wi-Fi, parking and bicycle / motorcycle garage are available. The house has three floors, a spacious living area with access to the terrace, a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, a second living / reading room, a bathroom with shower and bath incl. Washing machine and dryer.
Casa Calmont is a charming, completely renovated house that opened in March 2018.
On the ground floor is the 27 am large living area with a spacious sofa, another sitting area, a wood stove and access to the private 25 sqm terrace.
The sofa can be pulled out and can sleep two people.
Furthermore, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and dishwasher as well as coffee machine. Here you can cook to your heart’s content and eat the food directly in the adjoining dining room.
From the dining room is a small balcony, from which you can catch a glimpse of the Mosel 150 meters away.
The bedroom on the first floor has a large double bed (180 cm) and a spacious wardrobe.
On the second floor there is another living and reading room. The sofa in this room can also be easily converted into a sofa bed for two people. The adjoining bedroom also has a 180 cm wide bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
For guests arriving by bike or motorbike, we provide free parking spaces in our bike garage.
Guests have the entire 110 sqm holiday home and the 25 sqm terrace for themselves.
The nearest train stop is the station “Ediger-Eller. This is located about 750 meters from the house.
The house is located in the middle of the Calmont region in the pretty resort of Ediger-Eller on the Moselle. In 2010, Ediger-Eller won a gold medal as one of the most sustainable places in Germany and in 2014 the second place in the European Village Renewal Competition. Visit one of the many winemakers and taste the delicious wine or regional specialties.
From the house you have a view of the Calmont, Europe’s steepest vineyard. You can climb the Calmont via the via ferrata or drive up and enjoy the view from there.
Sporting visitors can go hiking, climbing, cycling, canoeing on the Mosel or paragliding from the Calmont to the Mosel valley (paragliding).
