The apartment
The apartments are modern and 60 square meters. It offers a wonderful Mosel view and two balconies (one from the living room, one from the bedroom).
The new kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, large dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and necessary cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and access to the balcony.
The living room has seating, satellite TV, and a pull-out sofa, where the third and fourth persons can sleep.
A fifth person can sleep on an extra bed.
Sheets, towels, shampoo and shower gel are available.
Wi-Fi and satellite TV are included in the price. The apartments are located on the first floor and are accessible via a staircase.
Free parking is available near the house.
The environment
The house is located in the Moselle village of Alf and is located directly on the Moselle. On the other side of the Moselle is the village of Bullay, which also has a train station. Bullay can be reached via a bridge or by passenger ferry.
The famous wine town of Zell is only three kilometers away. A bakery and restaurants are within walking distance in the village and a large commercial area for shopping is 10 minutes away by car.
The wine towns of Traben-Trabach, Bernkasten-Kues and Cochem can be reached in 30 minutes. The Eifel with many castles and volcanic lakes as well as the Hunsrück and a variety of excursion sites for the whole family are also easily accessible.
Along the Mosel there are many beautiful hiking and biking trails.
You can also visit the many winery farms, ostrich farms or wine festivals in summer and autumn.
