Each additional bookable bedroom costs € 15.00 per night.
The final cleaning depends on the number of booked floors.

The Highland House – idyllic, family friendly and comfortable
Our house can accommodate 2 -9 people on approximately 120m ² living space.
It extends over three floors, it is a Nurdachhaus in a small holiday village in the resort Nagel im Fichtelgebirge.
It features a large terrace over the entire south side. The plot is surrounded by trees and meadows.
In the garden there is a barbecue area with a grill bar and on the terrace garden furniture with cushions and a parasol are available from mid-April.
For younger guests, there are beach toys, balls, skipping rope and much more for outdoor use. Which may also be taken to the lake and the public playgrounds.
Our lovingly decorated house is divided as follows:
– On the ground floor there is a small fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher,
Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave,
Egg cooker, electric mixer, kitchen scales, bread slicer and many different kitchen utensils.
The house does not have a freezer !!!
For our younger guests are children’s glasses / dishes, cups and for cold days thermos flasks there,
– Our newly decorated bathroom on the ground floor is small but nice.
The new shower cubicle with rain forest shower and the whole ambience of the bath give rise to feelings of wellness.
Of course there is also a toilet and a sink in the bathroom, small and large shelves for your cultural utensils.
A toilet insert and a children’s bath stool for the little ones are also in this bath,
– The living and dining area is a large, spacious, open space with huge sofa and armchairs and a dining area in which up to 10 people can sit
(1 x children’s chair included).
Many small things make this teasing bright room look inviting and cozy.
To loosen a laminate floor inlay in the living and dining area very nicely on, tasteful pictures, an unusual Wolkenuhr complete the picture.
There are toys for different ages.
Books, DVDs, audio books, CD’s, board games (not just Ludo) can also be under less than perfect weather or on long winter evenings boredom.
So no one has to feel cold, we have built a stone heating and a fireplace in the EC.
Operating instructions are stored in the house.
The property manager has an on-site and is on call for questions quickly for you.
For those in need of heat there are two extra heat waves, which are transportable and therefore universally applicable.
Since 2014, there is also a heat pump / air conditioner for cost-effective heating and cooling for the living area in the EC and the lounge in the basement available.
In the living / dining area, there are satellite TV / radio, a stereo, lots of pillows and blankets on the couch.
For the little guests there are also two big toy bins with all sorts of things to pass the time and play with the parents (dolls, teddy `s, doctor ‘s cases, building blocks, etc,)
– Throughout the house, the lighting has been converted mainly to LED light and all windows (except kitchen and bathroom) have outside blinds.
A small spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, in which there are two bedrooms,
– In 1. Bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, a cot is here undeliverable.
The second Bedroom has two single beds.
There are small toy cars, toy animals, children’s books, crayons and coloring books in the room
and when our guests have not been rearranged, even Duplo and Lego bricks. Of course wait for the girls Barbie and Co.
Also this floor (floor) is equipped with laminate flooring ,
– In the basement there are two more separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, here can be delivered per room per travel cot. The lounge in the basement is equipped with carpet, satellite TV and radio / CD.
– In the basement is the 2nd Bath with tub / shower / toilet and sink in the style of the 70’s.
For the younger guests there is also a Kinderbadhocker available.
Even in the basement, we have created a beautiful homey atmosphere with wall design, a few green plants, cozy blankets, pillows and various light.
The bedrooms and the bathroom are heated with quick heaters (each room individually controllable) and the lounge with the air conditioner and an extra large heat wave.
For the permanently installed electric heating, there is an extra heating electricity meter and it is up to our guests to handle energy carefully and mindfully at the same time.
Those who book our house during the winter months, should be aware of when booking.

Our house is designed that the main rooms are served primarily by individual heating programs you should turn on and the tips and tricks of the property manager on site with this account.
A continuous operation of the heating in rooms with quick heaters is not recommended, these are intended for a short-term, rapid heating of the rooms if necessary.
Electricity will be charged in cash on departure after consumption.
