This is a detached luxury chalet with uninterrupted views and village character, within walking distance of the historic town of Murau and close to a fantastic ski area and golf course Kreischberg. This central location makes it an ideal holiday destination in both winter and summer. The more than 200 sunny days per year and snow on the slopes make for a perfect holiday environment for all seasons. The detached wooden chalet was built in 2013 and equipped with all comforts. The spacious chalet has a beautiful bathroom with a lovely whirlpool bath, shower, sauna and four bedrooms. The living area of this chalet is on the ground floor. Here you’ll find a lovely living room with open kitchen, spacious lounge, dining area. From the living room you have direct access to an outdoor terrace and garden. From the chalet and from the terrace you have a view of the surrounding mountains. Because the area around the chalet is still under construction, there may be some building noise.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
