Do not smoke in the apartment! Also it is a pet-free household! A vacuum cleaner is located in the apartment, as well as detergent and hand washing soap.
Security deposit: 300 EUR. The remaining rent (total rent less the deposit paid) and the deposit is payable in advance at the latest when the keys are handed over.
