Housing community of 2. The apartment has 3 rooms, one for you. The whole apartment is very clean and tidy. You get a room service if required and nice towels, hair dryer, shampoo and slippers … as in the hotel 🙂

Your room is about 15 square meters and very comfortable and bright with windows. The motto of the interior design is British colonial Asia. Here you feel like the old British in the time of the colonization of Asia. Surrounded by lianas, flowers and ivy, as well as old colonial furniture, you feel as if you live in a colonial hut in the middle of the jungle. If necessary, you can also play jungle and waterfall sounds to experience the experience even more intense.
The kitchen is completely new and has a washer / dryer and a dishwasher if you want to cook, wash and dry. The bathroom has a shower and a bath.

Interaction with guests
I will always be there for you. Either I will be at home and if not, then call or write me and I will try to help you in everything as much as I can. Maybe we can also go on a few drinks or you accompany me when I meet friends 🙂

District overview
The area where I live is one of the most famous areas of the city. Many people want to live here because it has a charm that consists of the metropolitan feeling along with a kind of village / nature feeling. There is much art in the area and the university and the English garden. Everything you need is in Schwabing, even the best bars and restaurants.
means of transport
The apartment is right next to the U2 Hohenzollernplatz underground station, which takes you directly to the main station in 5 minutes. From there you can walk to the Oktoberfest, Marienplatz and Stachus. You can also take the tram or bus directly in front of the house which brings you where you want to go. Or you rent my bike for € 15 / day (plus € 75 deposit). If I am there and have time, I can also play your driver with the motorbike or with the car 🙂
