The apartment is on the first floor of a two family house. At this level there is a living room, a spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. also is a staircase an office to reach a games room with table football and a further shower room with WC.
The area is characterized by very quiet and single-family houses. 700m away from the house of Karlsfelder See lies with bathing facilities, playgrounds and sports facilities. Lakeside also are two restaurants with beer gardens.
Supermarket, pharmacy, bakers, butchers, boutiques within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, beer garden, Pizzeria, Mc Donald’s in walking distance. Swimming pool, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance.
Easy parking.
If arriving by car: Parking is available free on the street.
When traveling by public transport: Karlsfeld is connected to the MVV (Munich Transit Authority). Distance to nearest bus stop: 100m, Distance to the S-Bahn about 2km, in 18 minutes in the center of Munich. The S-Bahn stop Karlsfeld belongs to MVV inner ring. Parking at the train for 1 euro per day.
