The bed in bedroom 1 has 180 cm x 200 cm (kingsize), the bed in bedroom 2 has 140 cm x 200 cm (Queensize) and the sleeping couch (living room) 150 cm x 200 cm. 6 persons fits comfortably in this Apartment, additional beds for another 1-2 persons are possible.

There are a few international (Italian, Chines, Indian, etc.) and traditional bavarian restaurants (with beergarden) close by.
There is a public indoor and outdoor swimmingpool with Sauna just across the street (walking less than 5 minutes).
A few Supermarkets are in walkingdistance and a shoppingmall is only 10 minutes by subway away.
U 5 to “the new fair” (Messe) can be reached like the tramway line N19 within approx. 5 -6 minutes by foot.
Running-time to the citycenter (Odeonsplatz) approx. 10 minutes, Theresienhöhe approx. 12 minutes, new fair approx. 10 minutes
Towel change would be possible daily on request.
