In the middle of nature and near the beautiful resort of Seeburg on Lake Süßen, surrounded by vineyards in the small village of Rollsdorf in Saxony-Anhalt, is our newly renovated picturesque cottage: The Little English Cottage.
The Little English Cottage is an ideal holiday home for a nature holiday with your family or friends. Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the cottage.
There is no TV and no internet connection to give you a complete digital detox experience.
The Little English Cottage is a bungalow with three double bedrooms, a shared living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole house is furnished in typical English cottage style, which means a simple country house. Two attic bedrooms are located on the first floor. On the ground floor is the third bedroom, the fully equipped basic kitchen with its own beautiful sitting area, the living room with a woodburning stove, the bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine.
The house is surrounded by a natural wild garden. On the garden terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, you can enjoy the sun and the peace.
Directly opposite the house is a charming village church, which gives the place a historical character.
There is also a children’s playground in front of the house.
Only five minutes walk away, you will find the Bindersee, a nice place to swim and sunbathe. A nudist area is also available there.
For passionate hikers and pilgrims, the Little English Cottage is a perfect retreat as it is located just off the famous Luther Trail that leads directly through the village.
The holiday resort of Seeburg / Süßer See is also just 2 km from the Little English Cottage. There are a number of restaurants and cafes, as well as numerous activities such as pedalos and cycling, sailing and horse riding. Or you can just relax by the lake, sunbathe and take a bath.
In addition, near the house is the village Höhnstedt, which is known for the Höhnstedter wine, with different paths through the vineyards and numerous wine tasting offers.
