The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment is located near the center of Simmerath and yet in a quiet location in the Bickeratherstrasse. The flat roof building was completely renovated in 2016/2017 and includes the apartment next to a private apartment in an adjacent but separated part.
The apartment is, apart from two entrance levels, at ground level and is thus suitable for people with slight restrictions.
In the immediate vicinity you will find all the infrastructure you need for your carefree stay, such as. B. Bakers, butchers, restaurants, snack bars, supermarkets, opticians, shops, swimming pool, gas station etc. All doctors are within easy reach if required and even a well-equipped hospital is available in the center.
Just outside the door begins the entry into the Westwall-Eifelkreuzwanderweg which leads you past historic sites through a beautiful nature.

The beautiful private apartment was newly created in early 2017 and shines in a modern and cozy style. It is 40 square meters big, for 1-max. Suitable for 4 persons (one 3 to max 4 people can be accommodated on a pull-out couch) and has its own sheltered entrance and a carport for your vehicle.
It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
