The historic oak-framed house Rur-Partie with its two charming apartments is situated right in the centre of Monschau with beautiful views over the river Rur and the historical buildings of Monschau, including its castle and monastery.
Both apartments are self-contained and have generously sized & bright rooms.
The lower apartment “Directly at the river Rur” is in the 1st & 2nd floor and includes two double bedrooms. A 5th guest can be accommodated in the spacious living room.
The upper apartment “Above the slate roofs of Monschau” is in the 3rd floor & attic and includes one large double bedroom. A 3rd and 4th guest can be accommodated in the spacious living room.
Both apartments have a flat screen TV, free WiFi, a wood burning stove, central heating, oak parkett flooring, lovely restored original building materials such as oak-framed walls & ceilings and an impressive slate chimney, a kitchen with dining table & bar chairs, bathroom and a spacious living room.
Both apartments are self-catering. Bed linen is provided. Guests need to bring bathroom towels and bathroom essentials. Parking is on a nearby public car park for 3 Euros per day. 50% of the total price is paid after booking with us and 50% at arrival.
The house is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside and Monschau’s little shops, cafe’s & hidden alleyways. Breakfast can easily be obtained in one of the two nearby bakeries. A very popular pub with good food is right next door.
