The holiday apartment is located in a residence directly on Möhnesee predominantly occupied by the owners flats and apartments. Our apartments are used almost exclusively by the owners for weekend stays or your journey, correspondingly low, the use and the area was very quiet. For rent just a few apartments available.
The complex has a large heated pool, the water temperature from May to October is pleasant 26 to 28 degrees. The use of the swimming pool is included in the rent. The pool is open from early May to early October!
Our holiday guests may also make use of the private sauna area for free. In addition, there is also a sauna facilities for foot baths / Fußwechselbäder as well as a relaxation and relaxation area.
The Holiday Apartment
The 20 m² large living area is glazed over an entire wall width and has an access to the balcony with lake view. The balcony is ideal for leisurely breakfast or a romantic dinner at sunset.
The living room is high quality and modern. In addition to a comfortable couch (3 seater and chair), there is also a dining area with large dining table and 4 chairs. A modern flat screen TV (42 inches) with HD satellite / DVB-S receiver and a DVD player for CD’s and DVD’s provide the cozy music or movie night. In addition, a small stereo system available.
The separate kitchen is functional and has everything needed for self catering. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils are plentiful. Rinsing and cleaning agents are available for free.
The simple bathroom has a shower tray with extra freedom of movement, vanity, mirror cabinet and toilet. Towels and bath towels are provided for use within the apartment.
In order to use the pool or the lake, we ask you to bring your own beach towels. If you want to use the sauna, you should also, remember to appropriate towels, bathrobes and slippers.
