The cozy holiday home with large garden is located just outside the village center of Maria Enzersdorf (a neighboring town of Mödling), in a quiet exquisite residential area, surrounded by vineyards and a natural park with castle, close enough to Vienna to explore this fascinating city by public transport.
The 65 m2 large holiday home is separated from the main house by an entrance area, consists of entrance hall, a large bright living area with kitchen, a bright and friendly bathroom with shower, a small balcony. One-person bedroom and a mezzanine accessible gallery where the large bed and a children’s bed are located. All floors are covered with birch / spruce timber, embedded with biological hard oil and beeswax. The kitchen, living room and bedroom furniture is made of biological solid wood.
Doors and windows go to the orchard with its swimming pond, for good air and a good quiet night is guaranteed. The garden is maintained by the property owners and used.

In these wines, but also the nearby wine village Gumpoldskirchen, find enjoyable Weinherbst tired events.
