The asp Alm is a self – catering cottage.
On arrival – route is to ride by 1.2km at the end of a forest.
The access is possible fully to the hut.
We accept no liability for rides on forest.
For directions in winter winter equipment is essential
Restricted winter maintenance (no salt and grit spread)
The Agriculture and Forestry Brin Gung Community Rapfberg and the owner accept no liability to people and driving Nissen.
The forest road may only be used to Rapfenalm.
There is no liability for accidents in the playground and outdoor area.

Cancellation: If cancellation is made until 28 days before arrival, there is no refund.
In case of cancellation 6 weeks before arrival a refund of 50% of the deposit will be made.
