This well-maintained second-floor apartment is located right in the charming centre of Mittersill close to the access roads and the station (local tourist train, no bother from noise). You will immediately notice the enormous space you have at your disposal, no less than 100 m2! The neatly furnished living room has a cosy ambience. There is a separate kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher. You have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets (our guests appreciate this) as well as free WiFi. Mittersill is popular in the summer due to its many activities and central location. The immediate vicinity offers many options for hiking and mountain sport, as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the entire area by bike on the Tauern cycle route. The shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, so no need to get into your car. You can go for a refreshing dip in the nearby Hollersbacher See. Whether downhill or cross-country skiing, snowboarding or ski touring, everything is possible in the wonderful Kitzbühel ski area, and the lifts are within easy reach with the free ski bus and the ski train, which stops within walking distance. You can go tobogganing, snowshoeing or for a sleigh ride anywhere in the area. After a day of skiing, its a lot of fun to go on an evening toboggan ride on the longest natural toboggan run in Europe (14 km) in nearby Bramberg – there is even a free toboggan train that runs on Friday evenings.
