Our house was completed in May 2015 and furnished with great attention to detail. The house can be comfortably used by four adults and two children. It has a high quality and modern equipment such as fireplace, underfloor heating, Internet and TV.
On 110sqm it offers three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area and two bathrooms with large shower. The kitchen is fully satisfying equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a fridge / freezer. The direct lake accompanies you through the day; awaking out of bed, while relaxing by the sofa or at social gaming evenings from the dining table. Romantic moments can be enjoyed at the fire bowl and in cold winter months in front of a fireplace in the summer on the spacious 35sqm sun route. A cot and a highchair available. The beach and the hotel’s own boat dock are located at about 150 m distance. The house has a small rowboat with paddles and anchors, which (no license required) can be fitted on request with an outboard motor. The lake itself is ideal for fishing and rafting and boating, it is connected by several small channels with the Müritz. The varied almost untouched nature offers ideal conditions for extended tours.
The house is in the holiday village Sewekow, at the southern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District, right on the border between Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The small, idyllic town has a tourist restaurant, a spa area, a mini golf course, a children’s playground and a recreational sports complex with bowling and badminton. Sewekow is an ideal starting point for many leisure activities in the surrounding area, such as the climbing forest Müritz, the drive-in theater and the horse farm in Zempow, the Müritz Therme in Röbel, the monkey forest in Malchow, the Müritzeum in goods and much more. The vast forest areas and hilly pastures invite the flora and fauna (binoculars do not forget!) to explore by foot or bicycle. A bicycle rental is located about 8km. In Müritz National Park, it is possible to 322 sq km 700 fern and flowering plant species to discover more than 800 butterflies and 43 species of dragonflies; the entrance to the National Park, the part is under the World Heritage of UNESCO since 2011, is 25 km away.
The nearest shops are located in each 15km distance to Wittstock and Mirow. If you like it like an individual who should move his shopping in the neighboring village Zempow. There is a bio-regional shop for the daily supply of fresh food (of course should the homemade cakes are tasted). On the Organic Ranch sausage and meat products can be purchased.
