Property Description
The holiday home is located on the Rheinberger See / Hafendorf Rheinsberg. It has spacious modern 80 m² living space plus a large sun terrace and attractive lawn area directly at the private harbor basin.
You will find 2 car parking spaces in front of the house (1 carport with storage room) as well as a separate boat bridge at the property. On the ground floor next to the entrance you will find a spacious, modern kitchen, which fulfills all your wishes. A small bar invites you to a quick snack. But also an attractive dining area in the bright bay window serves for a fun stay for dining, for discussions and game evenings. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.
The adjoining living area to the garden and the water is through the 4 terrace doors (1 with fly screen) light and bright. 2 couches invite you to relax, an audio system and a large flatscreen TV (cable) and DVD are available. A stove provides for emotional hours and is “warm” recommended. Wonderful evenings on the terrace, whether in the beach basket or on the garden chairs are also always preferred, especially at dusk with sunset.
For the night rest and the detailed body care please go to the upper floor. 3 bedrooms (2-bed-rooms and 2 single-bed rooms) give individual peace and relaxation. The rooms are also equipped with fly screens. In front of the two entrances to the port is a common balcony which can be reached from both rooms.
In the large Erkerbad you will find, in addition to the practical corner shower, a bath tub at the window. From there you can also enjoy a view of the Hafendorf and the harbor.
All rooms (except for the sleeping areas) are tiled and pleasantly comfortable by the existing underfloor heating (of course in winter or on colder days). The cozy fireplace is also recommended. To darken all windows and patio doors on the ground floor are provided with shutters.
You can reach the Ferienhaus exclusiv as a user via the barriers to the Hafendorf. The property is located on a quiet, private access road (traffic-calmed) to several holiday properties which can only be used by their users. The parking spaces are only at your disposal.
The Hafendorf itself has attractive infrastructure (boat rental, child-friendly beach at the lake, playground, gastronomy at the harbor entrance, hotel and catering facilities, a pleasant swimming pool and spa area at the Maritim-Hafenhotel for a fee, as well as a temporarily available nightclub in the hotel) ,
Rheinsberg as a historical gem in the state of Brandenburg invites you to various art genres and excursions. In the city there are various shopping possibilities for daily needs as well as extensive gastronomic offers. The county can also be actively explored, whether on foot, by bike, in the car or on the boat to water. You will not be long. The Rheinsberg Castle and its extensive garden (from Lenné) – located on the Grienericksee – is well-known far beyond the borders of the country. Classical music and theaters are offered in a variety of ways. Please check out the relevant portals on the Internet or in the tourist office.
Over the nearby Neuruppin district you can reach more diverse cultural and shopping alternatives.
