The cottage is situated 3 km above Lake Millstatt in the town Laubendorf and part of the municipality Millstatt. The house was renovated in 2012 and partially renovated. All apartments are equipped with small kitchenettes, which include a refrigerator, 2 hotplates, a sink and a hood.
