The very comfortable, modern and lovingly furnished apartment has a south-facing, sunny living room with leather sofa (flat-screen TV, CD player), very well-equipped built-in kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) and a dining area and a covered sun terrace. You can always enjoy the expansive views of the lake and very often shining sun. Provided Terrace size: 60m².
The north facing, very quiet bedroom with a double bed includes space for 2 adults.
In the apartment there is a modern designed bathroom (incl. Washing machine, hair dryer) and a storage room.
1 set of bed linen, hand and bath towel per a / person and tea towels are provided and are changed after a week.
Your own parking space in the underground garage with direct access to the apartment.
The apartment is part of a 2011 built residential complex on the outskirts of Millstatt. Only the Millstaetter road separates the location on a small hill from the lake system.
Over a few meters long beautiful panorama and a lift takes you effortlessly, without having to cross the street, to the spacious Marina, a floating quiet resort island of wood and related lawn. The rippling water surrounds this place of relaxation with idyllic views of the Millstatt.
In the bathing area is possible to store utensils existing in its own bathing cabin. A toilet is available, beach chairs and an umbrella are available.
In the immediate vicinity there are good restaurants within a few minutes walk, the bar on the lake Chap 4613, a supermarket, which opened in December 2012, right on the lakeside and open all year round spa bath house with a unique view of the lake, a Equipped hiking and biking trail around the lake, the golf course Millstättersee, bicycle and boat rental, an outdoor swimming pool with diving boards and pin Millstatt.
The new apartment has been lovingly and generously furnished in 2011.
It is very important to us that our guests feel at home. Therefore, many details have been considered. Whoever entered the apartment, was impressed by the sights of the modern, cozy and brightly decorated furnishings, stunning views of the lake. Even on a very pleasant lighting atmosphere with beautiful lighting fixtures was respected.
Confident of our guests, we have decided to levy no security deposit for damages and hope to continue to handle this case.
Pets are not allowed at all understand this with regard to the other guests.

For almost two weeks we were able to be a guest at this wonderful apartment. Each day began with breakfast on the terrace with wonderful views. The apartment is very well equipped. It was not missing anything and everything was spotless clean. Actually we wanted to go out to eat every day somewhere else, but had always fancy the great terrace and let the day with home cooked food and a glass of wine. We are very happy to return.
Upon our arrival, ‘waiting’ in Seeapartment a bottle of Prosecco excellent – many thanks for your hospitality! New Year’s Eve we spent enjoyable on the floating pyramid at Cape 4613. Holiday in Carinthia has always been a pleasure, but this time our expectations were exceeded. Fantastic apartment, great location. Here everything was correct. Result: we come back next summer!
We enjoyed this beautiful, generous equipped apartment. The views of the lake day and night was exciting. The path to bathing platform made swimming easy and a pleasure. Only on the last day and a view from the bedroom has surprised on the back of the house us. Totally relaxed branches a young deer on the hillside.
We were able to enjoy two weeks at this beautiful apartment. Great view of the lake – there is always something to look at: boats, swans … A tip: the rented bikes around the lake, while resting on lakeside terraces. Walks, all with views of the lake, also from the apartment. We will miss the view from the terrace. In the apartment you miss anything, the atmosphere is very pleasant, you feel right at home.

We spent a week in this oasis and treated ourselves the time to relax. The Marina bathing place has helped it. We like to come back.
We were already several times in Millstatt, but this apartment is surpassed so far everything. We were very satisfied.
We had a wonderful time here in Millstatt. We were the first time in Austria. We have enjoyed the trips to the mountains with an indescribably beautiful view of the lake and Millstatt and to my heart. The weather was hot, super great, especially with the beautiful lake. Our holiday was super nice to 100%!
We spent a weekend in this spacious, well-equipped, modern and stylish furnished brand new apartment directly on Lake Millstatt. Already in the morning right after waking up offered us a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains opposite. The mirror-smooth, sunlit water surface lured out to take a leisurely morning swim in the silky water from the hotel’s own marina. After that, we received our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake taste even better before we started exploring the area: the unspoilt south shore for jogging, biking and walking in a relaxing nature. Close by there are also attractive hiking areas and known ski areas in winter. Who’s not as sporty like, may be in Millstatt itself and the nearby idyllic places seabed and Döbriach pass the time (many cafes, restaurants, shops …), just switch off and relax or attend various cultural and evening events. We left our active-active day at an atmospheric Salsa dancing night at Cafe restaurant- ‘Cape 4613’ end, which is anchored directly in the Millstatt. Then we went to a well-deserved relaxing and peaceful night’s sleep again in our attractive country, which is worth a recent visit definitely.
New sunny apartment right on the lake; super balcony for breakfast and dinner with stunning views of the idyllic scenery, private access to the lake, open around the clock, directly connected to the apartment complex; central location (restaurants, bars, grocery stores … all within 5 mins walk) wonderful holiday.
