The apartment is complete (see details) and lovingly furnished and has central heating and free Wi-Fi.
The central room is divided by a counter into the kitchen area and the living / dining area.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired from the furnishings and the equipment. With cooking area, oven and microwelle you have all possibilities.
Just do not have to wash them, which of course takes the dishwasher. (Dishwashing detergents, tabs, kitchen utensils are self-contained)
The dining table can comfortably accommodate 4 people and can of course also be used for the existing card and board games.
In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed, which can be converted at night to a comfortable bed (with mattress) for a further 2 persons.
The large-sized television has satellite reception as well as a bluray player.
The bedroom has a large double bed (1.8m x 2.0m) and a dressing table. Bed linen and warm blankets are self-evident.
A baby bed can be placed on request.
In the bathroom there is a shower with side showers. Of course, towels and bath towels are included free of charge.
The apartment is located in a former farm. The four-legged inhabitants (cats and hares) are happy to caress 😉
Laubend is located directly in front of the World Cultural Heritage City of Bamberg (8 km) and in the Franconian Tuscany.
In addition to the wonderful landscape, Oberfranken is also known for its cellars and inns, of which many can be found in close proximity.
Bamberger Land and neighboring Franconian Switzerland also have something to offer for bikers and motorcyclists.
