Our bright, 90sqm Ferienwohnug is centrally located in Naisa / Litzendorf in the district of Bamberg, directly on the main road.
Litzendorf is located in Franconian Tuscany and at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland!
Bamberg is about 8 km to the World Cultural Heritage Center!
The spacious apartment consists of two separate bedrooms with double beds, a living / dining room with a corner seat and a bench at the tiled stove and a sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and electric stove.
The large bathroom has a separate shower and a bath. A covered terrace invites you to sit comfortably. In the utility room there is a freezer, a washing machine, dryer, laundry and ironing board. And the waste separation system!
Parking for max. 2PKWs is in the driveway to the right of the house and / or in the yard!
The apartment is on the ground floor of our house. It has a separate entrance and the terasse door of the kitchen is lockable, so you can go directly into the patio where the car can be parked.
In the upper two floors we live and sometimes also stay in the backyard.
The apartment is centrally located on the main street!
Naisa is located in the municipality Litzendorf in the district of Bamberg in the Franconian Tuscany.

Bamberg is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known for many sights, such as the cathedral, Little Venice, the old town hall and the many churches!
We are also at the gateway to the Franconian Switzerland, which invite you with their caves and rocks to many nice day trips!
A well-developed cycling and hiking trail network is ideal for excursions in the surrounding area! And to strengthen you can go to one of the numerous restaurants, beer gardens or cellars.
Let yourself be inspired by the Franconian specialties and a cool, T. still self-brewed beer.
Thanks to the central location between the mature villages, Litzendorf, Naisa and Pödeldorf, and good infrastructure, you will not want to miss anything. Two supermarkets, bakers, butchers, banks, doctors, hairdressers, pharmacy, petrol station, car repair shop and numerous smaller shops are among the items.
We also have a tourism office and a resident bike store will soon rent e-bikes and offer tours!
Please note that we are no longer accepting any groups that organize bachelor parties or other festivities here, or would like to use our accommodation as a possibility to sleep after such events!
