The apartment is located on the outermost edge of the village with a distance of about 100 meters to extensive closed forests with beautiful trails for hiking and biking z. For example, to the historic Urstromtal Nonnenfließ with Froschmühle and Luisenkreuz, on to the Schwärzesee or to Tierpark Eberswalde. Due to the very good train connection from Melchow you can of course also explore our capital, with all its attractions and, if desired, even without a car.
The apartment is located in the attic on a 3000 m2 plot in a located on the rear of the property newly built detached house with two apartments. So it is very quiet and offers the relaxation seeker exactly what is desired for a soothing relaxation.
The apartment is accessed via a stylish covered large balcony and offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outside in the open countryside, overlooking the garden on field and forest, and to enjoy the sounds of nature with a glass of wine. It is equipped with underfloor heating.
If you arrive by car, it is possible to park it safely outside the public transport area on the property. Melchow is located in a scenic area. The place is surrounded with plenty of forest. Bathing possibilities exist at the surrounding lakes, bathing places at the upper lake, Schwäzesee, Hellsee, Liepnitzsee and with costs in the beach bath Wukensee in Biesen-thal. From Melchow to reach quickly known goals, such.
