Whether you are with friends or family, spending a holiday here in summer or winter, or are taking advantage of the numerous sports opportunities or relaxing in the outdoor sauna of a luxury VIP villa for 12 persons, you are guaranteed a great vacation! What will be the highlight of your stay Come to the sport arena in Winterberg, where you can climb, play tennis, volleyball or badminton, or workout. This holiday park has it all. Outside in the fresh air! You can also pursue sports such as mountain golf, go mountain biking, play in a football tournament or a rousing game of basketball. For the littlest guests there are plenty of activities as well, ranging from baby swimming, kids disco, horse riding in the vicinity or wannabe activities, where your child can dress up as their favorite idol or profession. In the Aqua Mundo of Hochsauerland Park you can go swimming. But besides the outdoor slide and indoor water slides, there is much more to experience. Enter for example the spectacular world of the Water Playhouse, where you will experience hours of water fun with waterfalls, slides and a tipping bucket with 900 liters of water. If you want to relax, you can enjoy a massage or unwind in the sauna. Don’t feel like cooking At Hochsauerland Park you can choose from among one of the 6 different restaurants every afternoon and evening! Italian tonight, tomorrow grilling and the day after maybe pancakes. After dinner you can sit back and enjoy a spectacular live show with music.
Would you like to rest and catch up Then choose a Premium cottage, with luxurious extras for nice long lazy days, a second TV in the bedroom and beds made upon arrival. This 1-storey cottage has an area of approx 78m². The living room is furnished with a sofa, flat screen TV, fireplace and Home Cinema set with DVD player. There is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster and there are 2 bedrooms: 1 with twin beds, with an additional 2nd flat screen TV, the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a Jacuzzi, child step stool, clotheshorse and a walk-in shower with rain shower. There is also a terrace with garden furniture. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and children’s furniture. Not included: preference for location, kitchen set (kitchen towels, tea towels, scrub brush, detergent, bath mat), and extra children’s furniture.

The rental price includes the following: (includes: apartment, hotel apartment, hotel room, hotel suite, houseboat and / or tree house): access to the Aqua Mundo (excluding sauna, Turkish bath, water jet, quick tanner, solarium and Flow Rider); VAT according to the guidelines of the VAT authorities of the country of destination; final cleaning and energy costs; use of the television (with Movie Channel). Not included in the price: tax and charges, booking fees. In the (final) cleaning the following are not included: washing-up of dishware, taking off bed linen and collection of any rented linens and towels, throwing waste into the garbage and disposing of it in the appropriate container. All Inclusive bookings are subject to different conditions. The prices of the Original Comfort Cottages and Eden Comfort Cottages exclude the compulsory quilt cover sets. The quilt cover sets are charged at the rate of € 8.00 per person. The fee for a pet is € 24.50 per pet per week and € 16.50 per midweek – weekend (Pets are not allowed in the hotel or in the apartments).

– early booking discount of 15 % for reservations made between 4 and 6 months prior to arrival.
– early booking discount of 10% for reservations made between 2 and 4 months prior to arrival.
– 20% discount if at least one child is younger than 12 years old upon arrival or at least one person is older than 55 upon arrival. This discount is not valid during the holiday seasons.

Arrival and departure
Upon arrival at the Holiday house, you must present your confirmation document, at which time you will receive an entry card and welcome package. You may enter your Holiday house after 3 pm. On the day of your departure, you must vacate the Holiday house before 10 am, so as to facilitate the cleaning of your Holiday house.
You can still use the facilities of the park on the departure day, unless the park will be closed.
