You’ll find this smoke-free group accommodation in the middle of the beautiful Sauerland, Germany, 325 km from Utrecht, the Netherlands. It’s a wonderful place to fully unwind. The group accommodation is especially suitable for groups involved in massage, meditation and yoga courses, but you’ll also find everything here for a wonderful holiday with family, friends or others in a modern, warm and homely style. This group accommodation in Germany was originally meant to be a spiritual centre, but it’s also very suitable for family reunions, team building meetings and weekends with friends. On the ground floor you’ll find the large living/dining room; the space is tastefully decorated and offers room for the entire group. A wonderful place to dine together or simply sit and talk. There’s a toilet in the spacious entrance/hallway. Also on the ground floor: the fully equipped kitchen with a stove with 6 burners, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher. Behind the kitchen you’ll find a pantry with extra sitting space. From the pantry you can reach the 25 m2 loggia. This is a wonderful place to sit outside, even if the weather is not so nice. On the ground floor of the group accommodation you’ll find 5 bedrooms with shower and toilet and a bathroom for general use. On the first floor of the group accommodation there are 7 bedrooms, 5 of which with their own sanitary facilities. There also is a bathroom for general use. Three bedrooms have access to a large shared balcony. On the second floor of the group accommodation you’ll find a large 100 m2 room, which can be used after consultation. The group accommodation’s large room can be used for various activities, such as courses, workshops, dance groups, yoga, etc.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
