The two large balconies on the east and south side of the building invite you to sunbathe and relax. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. The welcoming living room is connected to the open kitchen. In both balconies are accessible. The apartment has a separate parking space in the yard. One also versions on the farm bike shed can be used.

In nearby Rhododendron Park and on the Baltic beach, you can have a great time anytime. The adjoining coastal bog and the location surrounding Rostock heath are ideal for walks and bike rides, in every season.
