This semi-timber building was first mentioned in 1406 and is one of the oldest artificial waterways of northern Germany – the mine is located in the centre of Wismar. The building is situated on the outskirts of the ancient town and the fishing port is a very popular, lively area. Wismar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site city and among many antiquities, this place also offers numerous modern facilities such as pedestrian zones, cinema and spa.
