Our attractive apartment is located just 50 meters from a sandy beach in the resort architecture built in Villa Seydlitz and has two rooms, open kitchen, a balcony and a shower room located on daylit 54m2 of living space. The comfortable living area is equipped with sofa bed, two armchairs, flat-screen TV and stereo. From here you have access to the balcony located on the Baltic side. In the living area is the integrated open, equipped with electrical appliances kitchen. The spacious master bedroom includes a large double bed with adjustable bed bases, a big wardrobe and also a flat-screen TV. The naturally lit bathroom has beside toilet, vanity, large shower also a bidet. The entire apartment is tiled, so “brought along” sand can be quickly and easily removed. Directly at the house there is the parking space. In the basement, washing machine and dryer are available. You have brought bicycles you are welcome to put in the lockable bike shed. This beach apartment Binz of Kay Jonas family is designed for two people. Of course, an extra bed for up to four people is possible. In order to enjoy the quality of living that we offer to the fullest, an occupancy of four adults is not recommended. For children can be placed on request in the bedroom in addition a folding bed.
