Dear Holiday guests,
our built 2012 Holiday is located in the idyllic resort of Balm on the sunny island of Usedom directly overlooking the backwaters.
To make you feel with us at home, we have decorated the apartment with everything you know from home and expect.
These include a modern bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with 180 cm wide double bed, sufficient closet space and storage space for your clothes.
The living and dining room with direct view of the water offers sperate dining table, 3D large-screen TV and iPod / iPhone docking station with the comfortable couch to sleep for two more persons. Here or on our balcony with south-west orientation and direct sea water, they have an opportunity to let your days relaxing with a glass of wine. if you want to bring your pet, please contact with us in advance.
For a great holiday, it also means that you can eat well and drink. In addition, our fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher everything your heart desires.
Of course, kettle, toaster, espresso machine and your traditional coffee maker, as well as appropriate cookware may not be missing. A washing machine is also in the house.
And if you would like to be out-of-town, the steakhouse, the hotel-restaurant of the golf hotel and the Italian restaurant Zur Alten Schule (seasonally open) are within walking distance of three restaurants offering a rich selection. In addition, the beautifully situated on Lake Balmer Fischhus in Neppermin with a beautiful sunset for a visit to dinner on the terrace.
The topic of wellness / fitness is not too short with us. A sauna area with 3 different saunas, a small fitness area, separate shower area, and a relaxation room are at your disposal.
Outside, the lawn with free loungers and direct water access is ideal for sunbathing.

The imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are easily accessible for experienced cyclists with bike. For all other the short trip by car is recommended.
