The approximately 160 square meters large, extremely family-friendly country house with a total of 4 bedrooms offers extended families with several children plenty of space to play and relax. The spacious garden with sandpit, swing, carts and sun loungers is not only for the little ones a paradise.
The heart of the holiday home is the spacious dining area on the ground floor with a view of the open kitchen. The whole family can sit down at the large dining table. In the provided highchair even the smallest guest can sit down at the large dining table. Here you can feast to your heart’s content, play games and make plans for the day. The four bedrooms are all on the first floor: 2 bedrooms each have a double bed, 1 children’s room is equipped with single bed and bunk bed and in the other children’s room is a single bed and a fixed cot for our youngest guests.
A large fireplace in the living area offers pure romance. In addition, the house has 2 bathrooms – on the ground floor with shower / WC, on the 1st floor with bathtub / WC. In the utility room you can use the washing machine if required.
particularities
You do not have to do without surfing the internet during your stay in the “Ostseeperle”. The Wi-Fi use is free. There are 2 free parking spaces directly at the house. Also your pet (plus 10 € / night) will feel completely comfortable here.
guesthouse
The small Gästeschlafhaus is located right next to the main building and can be booked for a nightly rate of 55.00 € per night and is ideal for people to stay. The guest house has a double bedroom, a separate toilet and a shower with vanity. The bed linen & towels are also included here.
booking
The price is for the occupancy of two to four people including utilities. Each additional person 20,00 € per night including bed linen and towels. For a rental of 10 nights room service is included.
The beach access in town is free of charge.

Room service – includes bed linen freshly made beds & towels for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.
Tourist tax – the settlement of the tourist tax is on the beach.
