Through the house entrance (staircase) of the holiday house you reach the left ground floor apartment (WE 1). You enter the apartment into the flat-floor hall with wardrobe, shoe cabinet and mirror. After crossing the hall, you enter the light-flooded, very tastefully and modernly furnished living, dining area with open kitchen. The high-quality and lovingly designed feel-good ambience is spread over generous, barrier-free 92 m² living space. A floor heating system, which can be adjusted per room, provides pleasant warmth throughout the apartment. Insect protection (clamping frame) is installed on windows and terrace doors. A separate storage room is also available.
The living area has plenty of light to let in to the large, bodied floor terraces, which open a beautiful view into the green.
