For the desired holiday comfort provide a bright and comfortable living room with direct access to the covered and furnished north-east balcony overlooking greenery and the pier, a well equipped open kitchen area with dishwasher, microwave, etc., two separate bedrooms with a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer and towel dryer. The washing machine is in the washroom in the basement.
New flat screen TV and DVD player provide the desired entertainment.

The littlest ones will naturally put a travel cot and high chair available upon request. For family outings to the Baltic Sea a cart is included.
The private basement are 2 bicycles and a new washing machine; there also own bikes and beach items can be parked.
Around the corner: Quaint restaurants, cafes and shops – just central but in the countryside – quiet! The clean sandy beach is within walking distance in a few minutes. Beach chairs are available in sufficient numbers. Start excursion boats to the island of Poel and to Wismar on the pier. Bicycle rentals nearby. Right next door is the letting and management service – your wishes are fulfilled immediately. You will feel at home! We can say that because we ourselves like to stop us as a landlord there to – unfortunately too rare!
